Jan caught sight of George from a distance. He scoffed, thinking how cowardly that man was. He glanced at the powerful wolf fighting with Dane. It looked like the wolves of the White Del Pack were only waiting for a command to jump on the head Alpha. lan felt a wolf push him with his head, causing him to fall down. He glared at the wolf and raised his hand to pierce it on the wolf’s paw.
He stood up again and continued to fight.
From the outside, everyone saw a brave man who did not feel any pain. However, he was in pain in every joint of his body. His wolf was crawling inside him as he lost his recovery and became injured again.
But he was Ian Dawson; how could he lose simply because he was able to shift?
He turned his head and saw Ronald fighting behind him. He smiled as he noticed his Beta was protecting him. He looked over to the other side and saw Stephen guarding Ava. He was the one who instructed him to do so.
“Ian, we should leave the war. It’s not our war in the first place. You can’t shift, and that man is after you,” Ronald warned him.
Ian shook his head. “I can’t leave the war until she is safe.”
“But, you know you can die here. It’s clearly a loss for us.”
Ian witnessed the pack of wolves charging toward him in an aggressive manner. He did not step back. Instead, he swiftly twists his hands, using the knives as the weapon of the dead. He fought all of them and killed them.
Suddenly he heard a loud scream.
“DANE!”
www
Ian turned his head and saw Ava looking at Dane. She was trying to reach him, but she had to fight wolves who were on her way.
Ian’s eyes shifted on Dane.
Dane was fighting with the White Del Pack’s Alpha leader. The Alpha bit him tightly around the waist.
Dane’s body hit the ground with a thud, shaking.
It looked like Dane was losing the war, and he was dying.
Ian dashed toward them, shoving all the wolves that approached him.
He pierced the Alpha with a knife, numbing his body and causing him to lose his grip on Dane’s waist.
The Alpha turned his head to look at Ian. He growled at Ian and tried to bite him.
But Ian’s eyes glowed red, glaring at him with such intensity that he felt numb. Ian did not waste time pulling out the knife from
the wolf’s body. He stabbed his other knife in the head, causing blood to flow down his face.
When they saw their Alpha fall to the ground lifeless, all the wolves in the White Del Pack roared in unison.
The war was brought to an end when the opponent died.
Ian let out a groan as he found himself losing his strength.
As he was just about to turn around, he heard Ronald and Stephen growling.
However, it was too late.
Because as he just turned, someone tried to stab him with a wooden stake. He tried to dodge, but it ended up piercing his stomach.
Ian’s eyes widened. His legs trembled from the intolerable pain.

His gaze shifted to the weapon that had penetrated his stomach. The stake was made of wood. It was covered in his blood. Even in the blood, he could see black letters written on it.
it is not just any stake; it is capable of killing any powerful Alpha. You turned down my daughter and destroyed me for a woman. Your death was written on my hand.
Ian’s gaze shifted to the man standing in front of him. It was Beta george.
Ian indeed destroyed him two weeks ago. He banished him from the pack and declared him and his daughter as rogues. Not only that, but he warned all of the packs that anyone who provided them with shelter would be enemies of the Mystic Shadow Pack. So no one else took them in until he proposed a plan to the White Del Pack’s Alpha.
“Now die. I will make your woman cry in the corner of the torture cell. I will send a group of men to play with her every night.” Ian’s fists tightened as his body shook in anger and pain.
“Dad…”
Nova’s voice came from behind them, as her wolf rushed towards them.
Before she could reach them, Ronald bit his head and extracted it from her body. He growled at George, showing that it was revenge for stabbing his Alpha.
“NO MY DAUGHTER!”
George screamed in shock.
Ian’s eyes were cold. His breathing was ragged as he looked down at the wooden stake.
His hand kept shaking as he reached out and grabbed a hold of the stake.
He gritted his teeth in pain. Gathering all of his strength, he pulled the stake out of his stomach.
George was shocked when he saw that. But before he could speak, an hurled the stake at him.
In the blink of an eye, the stake struck him in the chest. George’s eyes widened with shock. It reached his heart, piercing deeply He collapsed to the ground, dead.
Ian felt the rush of air touching his wound as if rubbing it with salt. He could no longer take a breath properly as he felt death was coming close to him.
