Chapter 6
In my previous life, after Jessica discovered she had killed the wrong person, she waited for the police to arrive out of guilt.
She originally planned to surrender, but when the police arrived, she saw Morgan embracing Brian.
As they say, seeing your enemy makes your blood boil.
Jessica immediately charged at her.
Fearing she would harm more people, the police shot her on the spot.
Early the next morning, someone noticed bloodstains outside the mansion and called the police.
Soon, the police arrived and surrounded the mansion.
When the officers saw the bloody bedding and blood–covered Jessica, they immediately became alert.
“Did you do all this?” one officer cautiously asked.
Jessica, appearing deranged, replied: “I killed someone, but I think I killed the wrong person.”
Then she stood up and walked towards the officer like a zombie.
The officer immediately warned: “Stop right there!”
Jessica stopped, mumbling “killed the wrong person” repeatedly.
“Then who did you want to kill?” the officer asked.
Jessica scanned the crowd, round and round, until finally, her eyes turned fierce and she pointed at Morgan, who had just arrived: “I want to kill her!”
“She killed my son. She must pay with her life!”
Although she said this, I had warned Jessica not to act rashly or she’d be shot by the police.
To get her revenge, she heeded my advice.
Since Jessica didn’t make any sudden moves, the police naturally wouldn’t shoot him.
However, several officers took the opportunity to restrain her when she wasn’t paying attention.

Chapter 6
From the crowd, Morgan, embracing Brian, stepped forward and told the police: “Officer, this woman is mentally unstable. I suspect the recent murder cases might be connected to her. I hope you can quickly execute her to prevent harm to public safety!”
Hearing this, the already nervous onlookers began shouting:
“Kill the murderer!”
“People like her shouldn’t be allowed to live!”
Seeing the growing anger, I knew it was time.
I got up from the bed, and Rachel emerged from the shadows.
approached the police and handed them last night’s recording.
“This is evidence of Morgan’s crimes.”
Seeing I was alive, Morgan and Brian’s eyes filled with shock.
Judging by their expressions, they wanted to say: “How are you still alive?!”
Morgan even looked at Rachel, too shocked to speak.
But they didn’t dare raise their voices.
“Surprised? I saw through your plot long ago. Now face the consequences.”
The officer glanced at me and noticed the blood on my body.
I smiled faintly: “It’s chicken blood.”
Morgan’s face contorted with anger, but when the officer played the recording, terror filled her eyes.
But then, Brian unexpectedly shouted: “What a performance, Ava! Morgan has been dedicated to the company, and she just wanted more shares. You resort to these tactics against her? She’s your best friend–do you really need to treat her like a mortal enemy?!”
Hearing this, Morgan seized the lifeline like a drowning person.
“Ava, after all we’ve been through as friends, you stage this kind of show!”
But before she could finish, Jessica pointed at her and said: “Morgan, still trying to lie? You stole company funds and framed me, making me serve three years, and having someone run over my son. How can you be so vicious!”

“People like you deserve to be cut into pieces! My only wish in this life is to watch you die!”
