Chapter 36 Giveaway
Shane did not dare to be negligent and immediately arranged for the janitor to come in and clean up.
Jessica glared at Francesca and cursed in her heart. She only got to where she is because of Raymond! What’s there to gloat about?
“Miss Wayne, what’s the matter?” Francesca’s tone was still calm. She walked to the desk and sat down. She had a calm temperament.
Jessica picked up a file from the table with a bad attitude and tossed it in front of her with a smack. She had a mocking tone. “Miss Anderson, everybody is waiting to witness your abilities. Don’t tell others that I as an old timer, am not taking care of you and bullying you because you’re a newbie. I don’t just give away projects from Suncatcher Corporation to anyone who asks.
“Tomorrow night, Mr. Ziegler of Suncatcher Corporation will be hosting. You have to seize this rare opportunity.”
Jessica’s tone sounded like she was bestowing her with a great gift. Shane could not help but want to remind her, but Francesca stopped him with her gaze.
Francesca didn’t even open the file. She just glanced at the cover.
She knew very well that a person like Jessica would never hand over a good project sincerely. This was a clear provocation. In that case, it would be unreasonable not to entertain her.
“Miss Wayne, you’ll come with me tomorrow, right?” Francesca asked calmly.
“Of course.” Jessica smiled smugly. “I recommended the project to you, of course I’ll go.”
“Alright, thank you, Miss Wayne.” Francesca smiled and turned to Shane. “Shane, get me a new chair. Miss Wayne can have this one.”
The smile on Jessica’s face froze. The corners of her mouth twitched awkwardly. “Miss Anderson, you’re too kind. Even if I like it, you don’t have to give it to me”
“I won’t use something that has been used by others.” Francesca’s tone was still calm, but the sarcasm in her words could not be dispelled.
Jessica was so angry that her face turned green. She glared at Francesca before turning around and slamming the door angrily.
After she left, Francesca instructed Shane, “Take a look at this file and reduce Suncatcher’s share of net. profits by half.”
“Alright, I’ll do it right away,” Shane replied with a nod. He then turned around and left.
“Get rid of this chair on your way out.” Francesca pointed at the chair that Jessica had sat on. “Who knows if she has any infectious diseases.”
Shane nodded and dragged the chair out to throw it.
Jessica saw it happening. She gritted her teeth again.

and sent a message to Raymond. “Raymond, I’ve painted a portrait of the Virgin Mary. Help me send it to Grandma’s ward when you’re free.”
After a few seconds, Raymond replied with a simple “Alright.” He never asked much. He would fulfill it unconditionally as long as it’s her request.
Her brothers would always support her.
Francesca felt warmth in her heart, but she was also annoyed with her choice back then. Nothing was more important than her family.
At that moment, Shane pushed open the office door and walked in with a large and vibrant bouquet. The bouquet was so big that it blocked his vision. He staggered a little as he walked.
Francesca was stunned. She frowned and asked, “Where did the flowers come from?”
“It was sent by a Mr. Jensen,” Shane answered carefully
The name Hugh Jensen flashed across her mind, and she suddenly had a headache.
This was most likely another one of Nina’s goofy ideas.
The pungent fragrance from so many flowers made her uncomfortable.
She waved her hand and instructed, “Bring it out and open the window to let in some fresh air.”
Shane quickly did as he was told. Only then did Francesca feel a little better.
As soon as she regained her senses, Nina called. She sounded excited. “Look online. People are switching sides again!”
“All you do is surf the internet.” Francesca smiled helplessly.
“Who says? I only look at things related to you.” There was a hint of gloating in Nina’s voice. “That stupid man put out a statement saying that he has nothing to do with Suzanna and has never thought of getting married.”
What was Benedict up to now?
