Chapter 15 Revelation
Mr.
Shaw was efficient. Just as the Q&A session began, legal notice with Naomi’s name was posted online.
The legal notice was also sent to Logan’s company. As expected, a staff member backstage hurried onto the stage and whispered a few words to Logan. His face incheiately turned deathly pale.
The fans and reporters in the audience keenly sensed that something was happening. They quickly pulled out their phones, and a legal notice popped up on their screens.
Therefore, I am retracting the rights to use the songs
Logan’s mind went blank, buzzing incessantly, with only this one sentence repeating over and over.
I had risen to fame solely because of the songs Naomi Judd had written for me. In my previous statements, I had claimed that I wrote all his songs myself.
Note that Naomi had officially revoked the rights, it was an undeniable declaration that the songs weren’t my own work. My previous statement instantly became a joke!
When confronting Naomi, she had said she wouldn’t pursue the past songs she had written for me and I had actually believed her!
Logan’s face turned ashen, his hand holding the microphone falling limply to his side.
The host, unaware of the situation, continued to warm up the atmosphere. “Any other fans who would like to interact with singer Logan Judd?*
For a second, the venue fell into silence–then all hell broke loose..
“Logan, didn’t you release a statement saying you wrote all your songs yourself? Then what is this legal notice about?!”
“Have you been lying to us all along?”
Almost all the fans looked furious, shouting out their questions in anger.
Someone in the crowd started it–ripping up their signed poster and throwing it onto the s

another, fans followed suit, tearing up their posters and throwing the pieces at Logan.
“How could you betray us?!”
“Security! Security!”
The staff, finally snapping out of their daze, shouted frantically. Security guards rushed in to restrain the outraged fans, blocking them from storming the stage
“Step back! Everyone, step back!”
Meanwhile, the reporters swarmed forward, shoving their cameras toward Logan’s hollow expression. Flash after flash illuminated his pale face.
“Mr. Logan, was the evidence you posted online fabricated?”

“Was this fan meeting just an attempt to cover up the th?”
One sharp question after another stabbed into Logan life knives. He opened his mouth, but no words
came out
The staff struggled to contain the enraged fans and aggressive reporters. “The fan meeting is over!”
“The meeting is over! Please exit the venuel”
The livestream was abruptly cut off, the screen going lick, leaving only a flood of frenzied comments and bullet chats.
Sitting before her computer, Naomi finally let a genuine smile appear on her lips.
This time. Logan was completely finished.
That same day, recordings of the disastrous fan meeting spread wildly across the internet, making headlines on every major media platform.
The topics “Logan Judd’s Fan Meeting Disaster” and “Naomi Judd’s Legal Notice” dominated the top two trending spots. Even television news stations aired reports about Logan.
Mr. Lane, what is your take on the Logan Judd incident? Was he framed, or did he fabricate evidence? the talk show host asked with a polite smile.
Mr. Lane frowned and replied, “There are only two ways Logan can prove his innocence. First, if he had previously purchased the rights to all of Naomi Judd’s songs, he just needs to provide copyright proof. Second, Naomi’s claims are false, and Logan did indeed write all his songs himself. One of them must be lying. If Logan can find any flaw in Naomi’s statement, he can refute her.”
The host nodded frequently and responded with a smile, “How will this family drama conclude? Our network will continue to follow the story.”
Logan, beyond frustrated, grabbed the remote and turned off the TV, collapsing onto the sofa.
As the news had just stated, proving my innocence now was nearly impossible.
Not to mention that I lacked either of the two pieces of evidence Mr. Lane mentioned; even if he had proof, he no longer had the money to hire internet shills to clear his name.
Hiring Sam to falsify evidence and employing online trolls over the past two days had nearly drained all the savings I had accumulated over the years. If I wanted to fight back, I would need even more money.
Now, I had no choice but to ask the Judd family for help.
On the other side, Naomi was also watching the television reports about Logan. Unlike Logan, who was drowning in frustration, she was in an excellent mood, her eyes curved in satisfaction.
Logan had walked himself into a dead end. Now, if I wanted to completely ruin him, all it took was a slight push.
Everyone knew that an artist’s income mainly came from endorsements and events. If I cut off Logan’s endorsements, it would be equivalent to severing half of his financial resources. Being dropped by his sponsors was only a matter of time.
While the fan meeting scandal was still hot, now was the best time to expose everything

Naomi logged into her “Evanesce‘ account and posted on prepared statement.

“Hello, everyone. I am Evanesce. I apologize for taking up public space, but there is something I must clarify for everyone. In reality, I am Naomi Judd. The original intention of creating this account was simply to share my music. However, due to family circumstances, this account has been used to provide free ghostwriting services for Logan Judd’s music career. At first, I was merely helping my younger brother out of familial support, but instead of gratitude, I received relentless exploitation. In the end. Logan even tried to step on me, falsely accusing me of sabotaging m. Because of this, I was mentally and physically exhausted, which is why I previously announced that I would stop writing songs. But recently, I’ve heard many voices speaking up for me. I sincerely appreciate your support. For all of you, I am willing to continue making music and bringing more beautiful works to the world.”
Attached to the statement were screenshots of her past compositions, irrefutable proof that could not be fabricated.
Logan’s debut hit, and all his past songs had indeed been ghostwritten by Naomi–this was now set in
stone.
Evanesce’s fans were stunned to learn that Naomi was the person behind the account, and they flooded the comments with sympathy for her.
“What a waste of kindness. You supported Logan for so many years! If it were me, I would have exposed his dirty secrets long ago.”
“My heart aches for you, sweetheart.”
While fans showered Naomi with support, their fury toward Logan escalated to another level.
Before the fan meeting, there had been a divide between Logan’s supporters and Naomi’s supporters. But after this statement, almost all the fans sided with Naomi!
Logan’s albums were forcibly refunded by outraged buyers, and his upcoming events and endorsements were canceled.
Brands that had collaborated with Logan found their comment sections flooded with angry fans. To mitigate damage, they disabled comments and urgently contacted Logan’s company to discuss termination agreements.
Logan’s downfall had begun.
