After the class, Ava and her friends walked out of the class.

Ava turned around when she heard someone calling her.
She saw Robin coming towards her.

Ava smiled at Robin as he approached her.
“I was wondering if you have some time so we can discuss our project.”

Stephen cleared his throat and said,

Ava laughed as she saw their bickering.
Ian was about to open his car door, but Stephen spoke out.
“She is going with today.”
“Why?” Ian asked with a frown.
“I know if you take her with you, she won’t reach home early. Let us have some family time today.”
Ian thought for a moment, then gazed at Ava.
Ava had no say in this. If she would say something, either Stephen, her brother, would mind or Ian, her boyfriend, would get
mad.
So she stood there, folding her arms against her chest.
Ian let out a sigh of defeat and said,
“Okay.”
He pulled Ava into a hug and kissed her cheek. “Bye, baby.”
“Bye,” Ava whispered.
Stephen walked over to his car, and Ava followed him after waving at Ian.
She headed home with Stephen. On their way, they stopped by a mall and bought some accessories to decorate their living room for their parents‘ arrival.
When it was evening, they started to decorate the living room. Maids helped them.
They made sure to give it a welcoming look with a big balloon’s saying,
“Welcome Home”
Ava could not stop smiling, thinking that her parents were returning.
At night, Gamma Harper and Angela returned home.
Ava and Stephen rushed toward them. Ava hugged them, feeling relaxed.
She realized that she had missed them a lot, especially her mother. She had never stayed away from her for this long.
“How are you, my baby?” Angela asked Ava.
Ava kissed her cheek and replied,
“I am totally fine, Mom.”
She smiled and thought,
‘Mom, everything changed in these two weeks. I got my love, the person you have been waiting for to settle with me in my life.‘

Angela felt a shiver when she heard about the young man. She could still remember his dark brown eyes.
“But he didn’t recognize you. There is nothing to worry about.”
She shook her head. Her voice trembled a little as she said,
“But what if he finds out about Ava? She told me she met some members of that pack.”
Harper reassured his wife by giving her a hug and a pat on the back
“He won’t find out. Everything will be fine once she finds her mate”
Angela hugged him back and said,
“You are right. This is the reason I want Ava to find her mate as soon as possible. She doesn’t know about it. But she is not like us. She is different; she is special.”
