“I am outside a coffee shop near our university.”
Ava’s soft voice echoed in lan’s car. His dark eyes slowly eased as ey shifted to the girl sitting on the other side of the desk.
He glared at the girl and asked Ava in a soft tone,
“What are you doing there, baby?”
Ava was quiet, which caused his brows to arch. The girl sitting near the desk stood up and walked over to him.
She placed her phone on the desk, signaling him to the screen.
Ian frowned at her action.
The girl was none other than Nova.
He was busy in a discussion with his father when she came with his father to the pack house a few minutes ago.
He wanted to ignore her, but she said to him in front of everyone that she had something to talk about.
His parents told him to talk to her. He told her to follow him to his study room.
From then on, she started to say that Ava was cheating on him. Of course, he did not believe her. It was impossible in his heart. She could never do that.
She asked him to ask about her whereabouts. He also wanted to talk to Ava, so he called her.
But when she took a long pause, Ian frowned.
Nova tapped her nails on her phone’s screen to grab his attention to her phone.
He rolled his eyes and lowered his gaze to look at her phone.
However, the moment he saw the photos in front of his eyes, his eyes darkened.
It looked like someone was near Ava, paying great attention to her
But the thing that angered Ian was the person Ava was with. He did not like when she was with another boy.
“W–Where are you, Ian?” Ava asked without answering his question.
Nova started to sweep the photos one by one.
In those pictures, Ava was with that Robin guy. She was paying so much attention to him, smiling at him. A picture looked like it was clicked a few minutes ago. That boy was holding her wrist as if to stop her from receiving a call.
“I asked who are you with?” Ian asked Ava with a cold tone.
Ava took another pause, but a brief one. She cleared her throat and said,
“I came here with a friend.”
His eyes moved from Nova’s phone, and he looked at Nova.
“So you were with your friend? Okay, have fun then. I will call you later.”
After saying that, Ian did not give Ava a chance to speak and cut the call.
He tossed his phone to the desk, which caused a loud noise in the room.
Nova took a step back by his sudden action. She glanced at his phone, which almost broke by the hard toss against the wooden desk.

Jan raised a brow and gave her a inocking look.
“She said she is with that guy who is her friend.”
He did not tell Nova that Ava did not tell him about Robin. He did tot want Nova to think that he believed in her
“But it’s not even a fact.”
“So what is the fact, Nova?” he asked mockingly.
Nova tightened her fists, grabbed her phone, and went back to sit on the chair she had sat on a while ago.
“Ian, I just came here to open your eyes. I don’t have any other intentions. She is not good for you.”

Nova lowered her head and mumbled,
“I know you don’t like me. But I don’t want you to get heartbroken
She clicked on her phone a few times before showing him something.
Ian grabbed her phone and watched the video that had been playing.
In that video, Ava was talking to someone. It looked like she was talking to him when he had called her. Robin was beside her, and he was shaking his hands, indicating to her not to tell Ian about him. 1
Ian clenched his jaw when he noticed Ava was chuckling silently at Robin’s action. She indeed did not tell him about going out
with Robin.
He shut his eyes and told himself,
‘I trust her. He is just her friend. I can’t doubt her. I blindly trust her. She is my girlfriend.‘
He threw Nova’s phone to the floor and rose up from his chair. Nova’s eyes widened when she saw her brand–new phone lying
on the floor, broken.
Ian walked past her while muttering,
“Leave. I have no time for your nonsense. Stop spying on my girlfriend.”
However, his words did not suit well with Nova. She turned his head to look at him.
“She is cheating on you, Ian. In fact, she doesn’t even love you. She just wants the name and fame of your girlfriend. Of course, she wants Luna’s position as well.”
Ian’s steps halted as he turned around to face her.
“Will you shut up?”
“No, I won’t. You are ignoring this fact because you can’t forget your past and are afraid to face the same situation again. You still can’t forget that girl, are you?” 1
Hearing about the past, Ian’s eyes turned cold in an instant.
Nova was stunned by his fierce look. She was about

But before she could fully apologize to him, he rushed toward her and grabbed her jaw.
Her eyes grew larger. She grabbed his wrist to loosen his grip. But he was so strong that it was impossible for her.

Tan leaned down to look into her eyes and said,

He pushed her jaw harshly and moved back. Nova’s eyes turned glossy. She regretted her decision to come here to meet fan.
Ian grabbed the car keys from the desk and left the pack house in abad mood.
After getting in his car, he tarned the wheels and headed to Gamma Harper’s house.
