Ava talked to her mother for a long time. Her mother asked how the City Moon Pack was going.
Ava was hesitant to speak about it. It was because she did not want to talk about it. She recalled that Ian had already known about
her living in the Thunder Howl Pack. She wondered if he had told that to Stephen yet.
“Where are Dad and Stephen?”
“Stephen is out of the pack. He will be back soon.”

Abigail was thrilled that Ava was going. Ava smiled when she heard Abigail was coming to pick her up.

She stared at it for a while.

again. The day I left this pack, I left everything behind,” she mumbled while staring at the ring.
