When Robin noticed Ava talking to lan, he tried to seize the opportunity. He stepped aside and attempted to run.

“Nova and his father?” Jan muttered in a low tone.
His brow arched as he refused to believe this man again.
“Please trust me. I did everything according to Nova’s dad. he is my uncle. He had told me to get you out of lan’s life so his daughter could be with him.”
Ava shook her head. “You are lying.‘
Robin exclaimed in agony, screaming and groaning.
“No, please trust me this time. In fact, it was all Nova’s plan. She told me to do those things so lan would misunderstand you and break up with you.”
Ian felt his heart clench inside. That night at the reunion party, he truly believed Ava was hurt. However, hearing it again from this man made him feel as if someone had stabbed his heart countless times.
