Soon, Randolph drove Raven to the military building.
After entering the building, Raven went straight to the third basement floor, the dungeon where Lorne was.

Just as Raven and Randolph walked into the elevator, Alton, who was in the dungeon, looked at Lorne’s corpse with a terrified expression.

Raven opened the note and saw a line of words written on it. “Raven, you’re the next one!”
Raven turned to look at Alton and the others with a cold expression. “Who did this?”
“No, Raven, we only locked General Drakon here. We didn’t want to kill him.” Alton quickly defended himself.
He said, “I came here today to apologize to him and let him out, but I didn’t expect to find him dead after coming to the dungeon. It has nothing to do with me.
“Why would I want to kill General Drakon? If I wanted to kill him, I wouldn’t have locked him up in the dungeon for so long, right?”
However, Raven’s cold eyes did not soften at all. She said, “Even if you didn’t do this, if you didn’t lock General Drakon here, the person who wanted to kill him wouldn’t have had a chance.”
Intuition told Raven that this matter was not as simple as it seemed.
She said, “As the deputy general, I can’t believe you worked with other higher–ups to imprison the general. Moreover, you even pretended to be the general and issued announcements. You should know how serious this crime is.
“I don’t have time to argue with you now. Go to the relevant department and confess. If I have time to deal with you myself, it won’t be as simple as handing you over to the military court for trial.”
After Raven finished speaking, she asked Randolph and Martin to lift Lorne’s corpse and rushed back to the villa as quickly as possible.
