“Since you’re unwilling to marry her, I can only follow Lady Valor’s wishes and let Felipe marry
her.”
After listening to Mack, Cassian remained unmoved. “Since Felipe wants to get married so badly, just let him marry her. I don’t care about this Lady Valor,
whoever she is.”
Mack nodded repeatedly, but a hint of disdain flashed across his
eyes.
Hmph! These people from the lower realm were so short–sighted. He actually gave up his bright future for a bitch who came from the lower realm just like him.
However, Cassian’s decision was exactly what Mack wanted. When such a golden opportunity dropped on the Cherry family’s lap, they had to take full advantage of it.
“Alright then. At first, I wanted to make it up to you, but since you’re unwilling, I can’t force you. Now, I can only let Felipe marry Lady Valor.

“Dad, are you planning to let Felipe take Cassian’s place to marry Lady Valor?” She never expected Mack to come up with such a brazen idea.
“Hmph! Actually, I wanted Cassian to marry her, but do you think he would listen to us and marry her obediently?”
Mack gave a scornful snort and continued, “Now that the Cloudshadow Sect’s Lady Valor has stipulated that she wants to marry our male offspring, if we don’t comply, our entire family will be in trouble.
“You have heard it yourself just now. Cassian said that his life has nothing to do with our family and doesn’t want us to interfere. Moreover, he doesn’t acknowledge you as his mother and doesn’t want to marry Lady Valor. Do you want to take the risk of the Cloudshadow Sect taking revenge against us by telling them that Cassian rejected their marriage proposal?”

The old man continued, “Since Cassian is unwilling to go, why can’t we let Felipe take his place? Anyway, Lady Valor has never met Cassian before.
“Tuesday, don’t forget your place here. Felipe is also your biological son. Don’t you want him to have a good future?
